U14 A: Won 7-2
The team controlled their shots well in the windy
conditions to win comfortably against spirited opposition. The players worked
on coming into the net more and this resulted in many effective and decisive
shots at the net.
U14 B: Won 9-0
The team welcomed Paula Marco who served well and showed
a powerful forehand as she and Jade Kaya won their 3 rubbers. The other
pairings enjoyed similar success against Haileybury as Felsted played with
consistency and increasing tactical awareness.
